We went in are playground to see are shadows at 10.00am we saw that are shadows were tall and at 11.00am they had shrunk. And at 1.4pm they had shrunk again even more because the sun was on top of us.

We made monsters out of egg boxs and use pneumatics to make our monsters mouths open we painted and decorated them with lots of things here are some of our monsters.

Our new science topic

This is our new science topic on the sun and shadows. On the table there are two torches and a lot of objects. You have to shine the torches on the objects to make shadows.

There is also some books about the sun and shadows.

UPDATE ON OUR PLANTS!!!

The celery was dyed red, which meant the tubes had sucked up red dye and water.

The inside of the celery was green which also meant that only the tubes sucked up the red food couloring.
